With Data Logo Switcher, you can change your 3G or 4G signal logo to different logos.
Logos: 3G, 4G, LTE, LTE-A, LTE+ and 5GE.
Data Logo Switch is available on BigBoss repo. You can find and install it from Cydia, Sileo or Zebra.

LTE-A, LTE+ and 5GE are only available on iOS 12.2 and above. LTE-A, LTE+ may not show perfectly on iPhone devices with "notch" (like iPhone XS Max) beacause the status bar is not long enough.
