Quick start for MTePub plugin

1.Unzip MTePub plugin zip file.
2.Upload 'plugins', 'mt-static', and 'themes' folder to directory of Movable Type 5 installed.
3.Log in to Movable Type 5.
4.Create new blog and apply 'EPUB' theme.
5.Write entries.
6.Rebuild blog.
7.Click 'Create ePub' button on right-top corner of Movable Type admin screen.
