CH Core Coverage Profile doesn't reference any CH Core Profile.
Or this is a conscious omission (then it should be explained in the IG), or it has been forgotten.
CRs: the reference to the base profile(s) should be explained wherever they are used and a CH Core Profile exists - analogue to issue #100
