The insurance card number is already mapped as Coverage.identifier. Would it make sense to offer this identifier also for the Patient resource for use cases where the number is needed without having to represent the Coverage?

OID: 2.16.756.5.30.1.123.100.1.1.1 (https://oid.refdata.ch/Public/OidDetail.aspx)
Example: 80756012340245213019 (https://www.ifakdata.ch/downloads/VeKa/ID_Angaben_zur_Versichertenkarte_D.pdf)

Regardless of whether the insurance card number is introduced as an identifier for the patient, I have created a data type profile for it (analogous to the other identifiers) and introduced it in the profile Coverage.
