Benjamin Arfa, 09.08.2023 with the response from Refdata:
GS1 is responsible for the GLN numbers in Switzerland. RefData follows their rules; i.e. the GLN is "structured" according to the same system (gln13, with 13. being gln checksum of the 12 other numbers).
The beginning of a GLN with "76" is general for Switzerland.
RefData has reserved in particular the root numbers 7601 and 7600.
