I saw some examples during Projectathon of different timing values. since the recommendation is not respected we should think of a stronger requirement

Overview current status

  • Timing Event
    • For the representation of the time of administration according to the 1-1-1-1 scheme, the values MORN-NOON-EVE-NIGHT from the ValueSet EventTiming are highly recommended for the Swiss use.
  • CH EMED Dosage Structured Profile
    • Dosage.timing.repeat.when -> Binding: EventTiming (required)

Possibility

  • Profile: add a warning (constraint) would be possible

  • Explizit markiert als Dosierung 1-1-1-1, trotzdem Möglichkeit um andere Schemas anzuwenden. Abweichung zu üblichem Handling (fixes Schema für CH).
  • 1. Schritt: Warning
  • Weiterer Schritt wenn mehrere Dosierungstypen kommen: Markieren welcher Typ
