As proposal added terminology for main guarantor (Coverage.type) to CH Term. Tried to find a common solution of the CH ORF values, the proposed values from hl7ch/ch-core#116 and the way we have included other BFS codes.

As CH Core Coverage with this VS binding can't be used as parent profile (#173), I would suggest to take it as feature request for the ballot 2024 to adapt the order IGs to the new terminology.
