  • Update the Coverage.identifier slicing (changes in CH Core to make it possible are done: update identifier slicing (Michaela Ziegler, ahdis ag) ch-core#287)
• Adaption to the terminology Coverage Type in CH Term (binded to Coverage.type)
  • Reduce the binding strength (not required): see request from the FHIR Work Group: CH Core Coverage Profile - Proposal (Felizitas Wahl-Homner, CISTEC AG) ch-core#116 (comment)

• Coverage.type: Change to the revised VS/CS of CH Core/CH Term (remove the CH ORF CS/VS for it)
• Update the Coverage examples accordingly
• Update the Map accordingly
• Update changelog
