We are using the design in gitlab's punkto/line_follower_3d_designs version 2 for our chassis. Version 3 is our current R&D chassis.

Chassis V2

The chassis in V1 has been used many months in the beginning of the project.This chassis permits:

  • Changing the length of the bumper/line sensor.
  • Changing the motors position.
  • Put the hardware modules wherever you want in the chassis.

V2 and V3 chassis are lighter and are designed with a specific PCB board in mind. The PCB board will be open sourced as soon as every thing works as expected :P.
