Added option to print elapsed milliseconds to console at end of process

Set PrintSummary variable to true:

And the console output will now end with:

[hmol]

Thanks for contributing! Having so many async methods getting called made this a bit difficult to solve, but this is the solution that is closest to what I had in mind.
