Bug: assets are not serving correctly past 2.2.0 #56

The assets aren't being served correctly for assets-frontend after version 2.2.0.
For example:
/assets/2.3.0/images/icons/crests/hmrc_crest_27px.png
Returns the correct asset however it's not found and the http response says it contains data but it does not render.

@adamconder it is supposed to be fixed in 2.6.0.

I pulled 2.6.0 and tested and still wasn't working.
Amend: Sorry the stylsheet wasn't actually compressing or being created, application.min return an empty file.

2.6.0 was not packaged properly, please try 2.6.1.
