Raspberry Pi -- MisterHouse .................Gpski

image:misterhouse/50px-Raspberry_Pi_Logo_svg.png align="left"image:misterhouse/300px-RaspberryPi.jpg width="335" height="211"FAQ

I recently became aware of a new Linux server that was designed expressly for educational purposes but also has the needed elements in a low cost both initial and operating to act as a full MisterHouse server The device is a small credit card sized hardware server with 256 kb memory and a 700 mghz ARM processor single board device with the capability to run an SD memory card from 4 GB / 32 GB as the main harddrive replacement. The unit comes with a usb output port so any serial devices must be usb to serial feeds.

This package at a very low cost offers the posibility of running mister house in a low cost maner on a memory chip with no moving hardware parts. I am going to be investigating further into the likley hood of this item called raspberry pi by the retailer as a full MisterHouse server for home use.

Stay Tuned.... a video clipimage:misterhouse/351321-raspberry-pi.jpg
