run the package step...
run the npm run build step, within the test folder
run the holoconsole test/dist/bundle.js command to execute the tests.

add dist to the .hcignore default, OR .gitignore ??

This means that this lib will have a hard dependency on the presence of npm and holoconsole

base on: https://github.com/holochain/app-spec-rust/blob/f9233a133d8469d8d5fb89da7844ec9a4a2027ea/build_and_test.sh

During hcdev init add a 'test' folder and give it a couple of good default files for running tests #41
