The various Stamen map tiles provided by HoloViews and Geoviews and used in holoviz.org and many examples in examples.holoviz.org are being discontinued as of 31 Oct. Bokeh's changes seem easy enough to apply to our tools, but I don't know if that's sufficient, since there seems to be an API key required. Maybe it's only required after a certain number of key-free downloads? Not sure from the migration guide. Until this is changed, all plots with a Stamen tile set (e.g. Census) will currently show a banner message, and after Oct 31 will presumably either silently fail (no map tiles) or show some other error.
