This PR removes the
examples/folder, moving the notebooks to thedoc/folder. This allows to build the docs using Sphinx directly instead of nbsite, which removes one or more levels of indirection. It's another step to improve the contributor experience.hvPlot never had the
hvplot examples(or it was removed a long time ago) so this PR has no breaking change. I've moved fromexamples/the shipped intake catalog andcrime.csvfile, to thehvplotpackage.Building the site requires
nbsite >=0.8.5a3.
