Expanded and updated FAQ

Updated the FAQ to be clearer, accurate for recent versions, and to include questions asked at recent public events.

To-do:

• Check all faqs and update their answers
• Add questions from recent events
• Add answers to new questions
• Split dashboarding comparison table between widget and server solutions
• Update dashboard comparison table (voila, jupyter_bokeh, etc.)
• Update matplotlib instructions based on https://github.com/pyviz/panel/pull/505/files
