Summary
Update code marked as deprecated in the
commonmodule to the new, non-deprecated alternative and/or update annotations to ignore (#3661 continued).This time I'm not skipping anything but dismissing one deprecation for consistency across all Android versions and devices (WifiManager.calculateSignalLevel).
