Rename bus._async_fire to bus.async_fire_internal

Proposed change

async_fire_internal skips some of the checks in async_fire that we know are always going to pass. In the future we want to add some more checks to async_fire so any place where we know its always a thread safe usage and we don't have a variable event length in core (if its called from a coro it can't be in a thread) can be changed to async_fire_internal
