Add default_* to device registry

Mikrotik was setting Miktrotik as manufacturer for all the devices it found on the network and it was overriding the names with the generic hostnames.

This adds a new feature to the device registry to allow integrations to specify defaults so they can add data in case there is none, but don't override other data.
