Bumb velbusaio to 2022.10.1

Bump velbusaio to 2022.10.1 release this fixes some smaller problems:

• Support VMBGP4PIR-2
• more exception ahndling
• Fix button press for submodules

It would be verry good if we can get this in the next release, some people are waiting for these bugfixes
