Only store and pass around coordinator in Rituals Perfume Genie

Proposed change

A cleanup of the Rituals Perfume Genie integration, without functional changes.

It stored both the devices and coordinators in hass.data; however, each device is paired with a single coordinator (1-on-1 relationship).

Instead of storing both and trying to pair/match them in each platform, it now stores the matching device in the coordinator, making it the sole thing we have to store and pass along.

This mainly simplified the logic/complexity of the integration.
