Update documentation of devolo Home Control integration

Proposed change

We missed a few features in the documentation. This is an update to correct that state and covers all added features and improvements made to the devolo Home Control integration, including the pending one.

• Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • I've opened up a PR to add logo's and icons in Brands repository.

• Removed stale or deprecated documentation.
