Proposed change

Updates zha.markdown with additional supported CC1352x and CC2652x Zigbee chips from Texas Instruments.

No code changes. CC1352P, CC1352R, CC2652P, CC2652R, CC2652RB use the same TI Zigbee coordinator firmware/API version and are all already supported by the current branch with existing ZHA and zigpy/zigpy-cc libraries.

Also merged "CC2530 + CC2591" and "CC2530 + CC2592" lines to one line with "CC2530 + CC2591/CC2592".
