About:
  Is a gnome nautilus script.  Used for creating (THM) files for psp videos using ffmpeg.
Instructions:
  1.  edit SCRIPT_LOCATION in psp_video_thumbnail to where the psp_video_thumbnail.rb points to.
  2.  move psp_video_thumbnail to $HOME/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
