Depends on hoodiehq-archive/my-first-hoodie#55 action item.
I think this way we can also get rid of the custom caching logic we're doing now in hoodie-cli which comes in handy.

Also the my-first-hoodie template should be copied over from a subfolder, so that we can apply grunt release magic on the template, without cluttering up the final install.
