Add rendering for landuse=education as for amenity=school

Only amenity=school has a rendering when put on a polygon (personnally I think it is better to use amenity tags on nodes but it is another debate), should be good that landuse=education has also one (I would say: the same)

Who in the world uses landuse=education? Taginfo says it only has 389 users worldwide, and I haven't seen any wiki about it nor any discussion about why it might be needed. Isn't it too early to be rendering, and therefore encouraging, this strange minority tagging choice?
