Spanish translation of the Coordination guide

I've updated our repo to be in sync with hotosm/learnosm repository and pull-requested a minor change on our Spanish folder that is already merged.

So now I've created a new branch spanish-coordination to manage the transaltion of the coordination guide so @vehrka and me can use it on our next HOT workshop at Jornadas de SIG Libre next March. It's likely we will also translate the editing guide.

If anyone wants to help on this new translation, please stand up and take a portion of any of the files of the guide (available at the en folder) answering this ticket. You may work on your own fork of our repo or ask me for commit permissions on our forked repo so we can do a sigle pull request to the learnosm team with a complete translated guide.
