This is a minor fix to the type declaration.
The current declaration is understood by TypeScript as
(botkit: Botkit) => (BotkitPlugin | BotkitPlugin)while the intent is((botkit: Botkit) => BotkitPlugin) | BotkitPlugin(either a function producing a BotkitPlugin OR a BotkitPlugin.
