Erro na Mi stick 4k e não lê jogos no pendrive

eu baixei o ppsspp da playstore ao abrir ele pede permissões e também da 2 opçoes acessar os dados manualmente ou ignorar quando aperto na 1 opçao aparece um erro em vermelho Java exception, e se vou em ignorar ele abre mas não reconhece jogo nenhum e não reconhece jogos no pendrive.

deveria deixar eu selecionar a 1 opção e tánbem ler os jogos no pendrive.
