Android: Postprocessing Shaders list is empty since v0.9.6-538-gd6a2f52 #5330

The last unaffected build is v0.9.6-537-ga6a774b (a6a774b).

When the user presses the Postprocessing Shader button, the list that comes up will only contain "off" in it, and no other options. In v0.9.6-537-ga6a774b, the list shows up fine, but once upgrading to v0.9.6-538-gd6a2f52 or later, the aforementioned issue appears.

I expect it's caused by this, which would explain it being Android only:
hrydgard/native@80a424f

This is definitely a regression since last release.

Ah, yes, thank you. That function was broken before so PPSSPP worked around it, and when it was fixed the workaround broke. Will fix it right away.
