Through as mentioned there, game will still most likely not be playable as it requires both cam and mic support to play.
On PC I'm only getting "PPSSPP camera :)" image, there are also glitches when the egg of a pet shows up, but at least the introduction works, so it kind of ups the compatibility from black screen to in-game.
