For #527 - adds Synchronized Cross-device Testing article. Reviewed by @dr4b and @paulirish in GDocs, but please do feel free to let me know if anything at all needs to be changed.

Note: assets here haven't been run through imageoptim yet. I'm not sure if that's something we should do post-merge or whether there's a replacement optimization setup in place now that we're no longer using PS. Any advice here would be great.

Cheers!

Unless there are file optimisations we want to make, I'm happy to ship. cc

Just an fyi, there is an article already going out tomorrrow (it is not on the calendar as it is an internal one that sprung up on us)

Just as an update somewhere down the line, might be worth finding a solution/tool that works when the server is linux. I only mention this because at work we need to sync but have not found a good tool yet (and I don't have time to write one currently). Luckily in our case it looks like we are getting a macbook anyway, but a lot of developers work on linux so worth keeping an eye on.

@ShaneHudson that's a very valid point and one which we haven't seen great tooling around just yet. The Grunt + LiveReload solution will work cross-platform and I believe Remote Preview will as well. Unfortunately many of the other tools are either Mac/Win only. I'll try to research if there are better equivalents available for Linux for a follow-up update.
