Allow query parameters for listInstallations query

Description

Added a change to allow the option to pass in the since parameter per https://developer.github.com/v3/apps/#list-installations.

Before submitting a PR:

• Run mvn -D enable-ci clean install site locally. If this command doesn't succeed, your change will not pass CI.
• Push your changes to a branch other than main. You will create your PR from that branch.
