Usage:
* Put the files somewhere useful on a web server
* Create a MySQL database and import the structure from db.sql
* Copy config-example.inc.php to config.inc.php and replace YOUR_DELICIOUS_USERNAME and DATABASE_* with real values
* Run fetch.php regularly using cron to fetch updates from your Delicious network
* Open the folder in a web browser to view the list of bookmarks
