The purpose of this repository is to manage and update the development of the Human Reference Atlas vocabulary. This vocabulary serves as a universal resource to ensure the standardization of concept names across the HuBMAP project. By maintaining and curating the contents of this repository, we aim to provide a consistent and widely accepted set of terms and definitions, facilitating seamless communication and understanding across various fields and disciplines.
At the moment, the existing vocabulary comprises a single instance, which takes the form of a value set.
