In #1738 we introduced a new workflow to download files to a local dir. It uses a small cache folder to store metadata + tmp files about the download process. This PR renames this folder from
.huggingfaceto.cache/huggingface. 2 advantages:.huggingfaceif we want to introduce something similar to.github/in the future.
