Output Coefficients returns two coefficients for the same interaction term #1

When I run the code, I get two coefficcient for the interaction term between covariates for and 4 and 5. It happens also with other data. What I have noticed so far:

  • one of the two estimated coefficients is always zero (or an extremely low value)
  • when this problem occurs, it occurs always with the interaction term at the bottom of coefficents list.
