TLMBHT v0.2.0-alpha

TLMBHT is an open-source solver of partial differential equations in space and time based on the Transmission-Line Modeling (TLM) theory. Using TLMBHT you can solve:

1. Diffusion in 1D, 2D, and 3D.

2. Heat transfer in 1D, 2D, and 3D.

3. Bio-heat transfer in 1D, 2D, and 3D.

This is a pre-release. You are welcome to test! I will be glad if you can report what you find in the website or under issues.

TLMBHT v0.1.0

This is the first version of TLMBHT. It still have a lot of work to do but it can solve some problems. The main problem at this point is not having a good manual or Wiki page. You may try to use it by reading the case.tlm file, which is the input file. Remember, if you need help, please, reach me out.

The binary was tested in Ubuntu 16.04. I'm not sure how to make it run in Windows and Mac. However, the source code is open and you can try to compile the code to your system.
