first open of a .h2song on mac os x requires manual location of hydrogen #75

Hydrogen does not register itself to mac os x as owner of the .h2song extension, leading to requiring manual intervention the first time you try to open a .h2song. Furthermore, in the open with dialog, it does not show as a recommended app and you must tell mac os to show all apps to be able to select it.

Mac OS X 10.6.8
Hydrogen 0.9.6-beta-1
2010 iMac 20" (core i3 @ 3.06 Ghz)
12 gigs of ram

I would classify this bug as exceedingly minor as the workaround is both obvious and persistent, but I have reported it for the sake of completeness. Thank you for a wonderful drum machine. :)

Thanks for the report, i will have a look at this issue and see how we can register it as a default application for h2songs.

this issue is now fixed, i'm updating the version on Sourceforge soon.
