Not sure if this is an annotator bug or a h. bug.
Somewhere an exception needs to be caught and handled more gracefully.

Add a 'Back' link to the footer of the accounts forms

Add a Back link at the bottom of the accounts forms that takes the user
back to the previous page.

The link is shown if the user came from a page that is part of the
Hypothesis service, otherwise it is hidden.

The plain HTML version is a link to HTTP_REFERER. The enhanced version
navigates back in the browser's history and additionally triggers a
reload of that page in order to reflect any changes made on the current
page.
