We seem to be missing a value for
ext_lti_assignment_idwhile configuring the assignment on some Canvas instances.https://hypothes-is.slack.com/archives/C01RAT0PE72/p1636982594002600
To test it, create assignments using master:
Launch them in this branch, they should launch successfully and to the same document.
