Minor changes including bumping the wlroots ver, fixing a memory leak and some issues with
moving fullscreen windows.

New features:

• add failsafe for dwindle windows
• added nomaxsize rule
• nix: add cachix to nixos module

Fixes:

• fix lost windows clogging up memory
• fix up moving to special workspace
• minor fixes to special workspace behavior
• minor toplevel sharing fixups

Other:

• remove double semicolons
• unset fullscreen in onWindowRemoved
