This implements associating (iBank)BankAccounts with CryptoCurrency-Addresses.
Basically you can ask for your accounts address by using "/ccaddr show {{ACCOUNT NAME}}"
This will return an address, you send your Coins there and get the money deposited on
the bank account, once enough confirmations were received.
