KBR Setlist #10
Comments
Set 1
Set 2
|
I just listened to the demo cassette and confirmed the titles for tracks 6, 7, 12, 13, 15, & 15. |
Looking at the BnB setlist, I can confirm the above titles for tracks 3, 8, and 9. |
brew-n-beats set list confirmed track 4 as 'Coming On' |
|
Track 5 is the same song as the Set 2 opener on BnB. This song is titled Erasered on the tape case. |
Track 10 is the same song played after Erasered on BnB second set. This song is title So Many Ways on the tape case. |
Track 11 is "our only cover song," and is the same as that discussed by @daveanter as such toward the end of the BnB first set. This song is titled The Waiting and is a cover of the song by the same name from "The Source." |
😜The Well is actually a song by Paul Miller of the band Narthex Structure
He was an inspiration to me in high school as a local older kid that had
been ruling the scene in Ventura for quite a while… in fact when he moved
back to town my band kicked me out, installed him and he then went on to
reform Narthex Structure as Expression. It’s music worth knowing…
As his heroine problem got him in some trouble he washed up at our house in
McKinleyville and for the few weeks he spent with us I learned his song The
Well and played it with Disclaim enough to record it. I’m not sure he ever
did.
When he scored dope in Eureka I made it clear he had to keep moving…
We are still in touch… he was recently in Ventura. Guys from my current
bands were enlisted to back him up… history rolls on…

Track 1 on BnB similarly goes into *The Well*. I suspect track one here
is *Roots* No, Track 1 is also darkbrownwater (DBW) as it is the same as
Studio Track 14 and Brew N Beats DBW. So, @daveanter
<https://github.com/daveanter> (Daves) and Greg mixed it up on the BnB
opener by doing *Roots --> DBW* instead.

KBR Setlist is now complete thanks to mutual aid (Kropotkin, anyone?) |
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There's no setlist for the KBR show.
Describe the solution you'd like
We need to find out the names of the songs, then note their order and/or time on the video.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could ask Dave Anter and we can also find my cassette that lists the song titles.
