Add ability to adjust LED Strip color with RC channel

Current Behavior

LED Strip colors can be modified with Arm state, RSSI, throttle, battery, etc

Desired Behavior

Add ability to adjust the color with RC channel. Pot (or switch) on radio can be used to select the color of the LED strip.

Suggested Solution

Allow Color modifier to use an R/C channel (much like the Throttle works)

Anybody that uses LED strips

Additional context

Would be nice to be able to change color on airplane with a pot on the radio instead of having to go into iNav to change it.
