Reduces detection safety time from 2s to 4s. (1s fixed + 1s optional setting default).
Adds landing disarm setting to CMS menu.
Sets detector update rate to 100Hz max.
Changes multirotor detector timings to milliseconds from microseconds (micros are overkill).
Works as before after testing, just a bit quicker.
