International Payment to be accepted in NEPAL?

I am fucked up researching on which global payment provider to implement.
The solution seemed
1 Payoneer Global Payment
The Payoneer Private Load service at a glance reads :
Receive payments via Visa, MasterCard® or US ACH (for US cardholders only)
Funds available within 2 business days of approval
Use your Payoneer card to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs worldwide

But couldn't see anything for integrating payoneer( as whit537 says payoneer is not open ), not even a singe topic on that. Neither did google answered it.
