use tmp dir for optimizing so i can run multiple in parralel (derp)
turn off pngout by default follow cascading settings rule for disabling some tools fixed size to show output, not input fixed zopfli command to not just copy advpng - derp correctly use tmp folder, not root

overall saving on the sheets was 7.42% (10.81% of the 16px, 4.31% of the 64px) savings on the 64px images varied by set:
