I've included this commit in #2325 , because there are more migrations missing (Personalization, Order management, Product Catalog) and I think it's easier to handle all of them in a single PR |

This is a follow-up to #2276. We're missing Recent Activity Dashboard block migration for activity-log package. The migration is executed during clean install via the provisioner, so it should be added during upgrade as well. Without this, Recent Activity block is not present on the default Dashboard after an upgrade from 4.5.
