Editor: Removing field information exports empty string

Observed behavior

After deleting information for a field such as agency_fare_url, the gtfs feed export displays that field as an empty string rather than as no information (,"", vs. ,,).

This observed behavior may be seen in the following gif:

Expected behavior

The deleted field should appear as an empty column in the exported csv (i.e. ,, without quotation marks).
